Ruediger Dahlke

Dr. Ruediger Dahlke is a German physician, psychotherapist and author. He worked as a doctor from 1979 onward and pursued further training in naturopathy and homeopathy. He became widely known for books on holistic psychosomatics, including “The Way of Disease” (co-written with Thorwald Dethlefsen), “Disease as a Symbol” and “Disease as the Language of the Soul.” Other major themes of his books and seminars include spirituality, meditation, fasting and plant-based nutrition. His best-known publications include the trilogy “The Laws of Destiny,” “The Shadow Principle” and “Principles of Life,” as well as the “Peace Food” series. In 1989, he founded the Heil-Kunde-Zentrum in Johanniskirchen with Margit Dahlke; in 2012, he opened the TamanGa fasting and seminar center in southern Styria with Rita Fasel. His books have been translated into 28 languages.
