Rohinton Mistry

Rohinton Mistry was born in Bombay, India, in 1952 and grew up there. He is the author of several novels, including So eine lange Reise, Das Gleichgewicht der Welt, Die Quadratur des Glücks, and Das Kaleidoskop des Lebens. His work has received, among other honors, a Canadian state prize, the Commonwealth Writers Prize, and the Kiriyama Pacific Rim Book Prize.
