Robert Wringham was born in Dudley, England, in 1982. He worked as a literary nonfiction author, stand-up comedian and performance artist. He was also known as the editor of the magazine New Escapologist, which focused on the subject of escapology. In addition, he wrote journalistic articles for a range of British and international magazines and online publications, including The Idler and Playboy.
