Robert M. Zoske, born in 1952 in Schleswig-Holstein, is a Protestant theologian, historian, and author with a doctorate. Until 2017, he worked as a pastor in Hamburg and in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany. He wrote his doctoral thesis on Hans Scholl and has published on the religious development and resistance of the Scholl siblings. His books include “Sehnsucht nach dem Lichte. Zur religiösen Entwicklung von Hans Scholl” (2014), “Flamme sein! Hans Scholl und die Weiße Rose” (2018), and the biography “Es reut mich nichts” about Sophie Scholl (2021).
