Robert I. Sutton

Robert I. Sutton, born in 1954 in Chicago, taught at Stanford University and was a professor of Management Science and Engineering and Organizational Behaviour at Stanford Business School. He received numerous awards for his academic work. Sutton wrote more than 90 book contributions and articles for respected academic journals and authored or edited several books. One of his best-known works is The No Asshole Rule, published in German as Der Arschloch-Faktor, which became an international bestseller.
