Regula Ysewijn

Regula Ysewijn is a Belgian food writer and photographer whose books explore British food culture. Her works include »Pride and Pudding«, »The History of British Puddings«, »The History of British Baking« and the official »Downton Abbey Christmas Cookbook«. »Pride and Pudding« received the Culinary Heritage Award at the 2017 Gourmand World Book Awards. Ysewijn has been fascinated by British culture since childhood and has appeared as an expert on television and radio.
