Rebecca Wragg Sykes

Rebecca Wragg Sykes is a British archaeologist and science communicator whose work focuses on Neanderthals. She has published articles in The Guardian and The New York Times and was involved in founding the TrowelBlazers project, which seeks to increase the visibility of women in archaeology and the geosciences. Her first book, Der verkannte Mensch, received the Hessell-Tiltman History Prize in 2021.
