Randy Ribay

Randy Ribay is an award-winning author of young adult fiction. Born in the Philippines, he grew up in the American Midwest. His work won the Freeman Book Award and was also shortlisted or named a finalist for honors including the National Book Award, the LA Times Book Prize, the Walden Book Award, the Edgar Award, the International Thriller Writers Award, and the CILIP Carnegie Medal. Ribay earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
