Ralf Isau (born in Berlin in 1956) is a German author. Before devoting himself fully to writing, he worked as a computer scientist and software specialist. His literary work comprises more than 40 books, chiefly novels and stories, which have been translated into numerous languages. His best-known works include the Neschan trilogy, “Der Kreis der Dämmerung” and “Das Museum der gestohlenen Erinnerungen.” The latter received the Buxtehuder Bulle in 1998. Isau began writing in 1988, originally to create a story for his daughter.
