Rachel Rhys

Rachel Rhys is the pseudonym of a thriller novelist. Das Versprechen der Freiheit was her first novel under this name, followed by Die Perlenvilla. The first novel was inspired by an old diary she discovered by chance while helping her mother move. It had been written by a young maid who travelled from England to Australia aboard an ocean liner in the late 1930s.
