Pushpesh Pant

Pushpesh Pant was born in Nainital in northern India. He worked as a professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, as a food journalist, and as the author of several Indian cookbooks. Over a period of 20 years, he collected, checked, tested, and edited authentic family recipes from across the Indian subcontinent.
