Pippa Middlehurst

Pippa Middlehurst is a British cookbook author and food creator. She became known under the name “Pippy Eats”, through which she published recipes, many of them featuring noodles. She won the first season of the BBC1 cooking show “Britain’s Best Home Cook”. Her culinary focus includes noodles and broths. According to the publisher, her cookbook “Asia-Nudeln” was her third book.
