Philippe Charlot

Philippe Charlot (born 1960) is a French comics writer and musician. He worked as a guitarist and singer and was a founding member of the trio La Fabrique à Swing, which focused on European swing of the 1930s and 1940s. From 2009 onward, he wrote his first comics scripts, including contributions to “Game Over” and “À vous Cognacq-Jay.” In 2011, he co-created the two-volume series “Bourbon Street” with artist Alexis Chabert, combining his interests in music and writing. His other works include “Harmonikа” and the series “Karma Salsa” and “Orphan Train”.
