Petra-Maria Dallinger

Petra-Maria Dallinger (born 1964) studied German and art history in Vienna. She taught at the University of Vienna and the University of Arts Linz and worked from 1992 in the Cultural Directorate of the Province of Upper Austria. From autumn 2004 onward, she headed the Adalbert Stifter Institute, also known as the StifterHaus. Dallinger worked on medieval and gender-related subjects, edited volumes of the Historical-Critical Edition of Adalbert Stifter’s works and letters, and curated exhibitions.
