Peter Wagner

Peter Wagner worked as a journalist, cookbook author and restaurant critic. He had been passionate about cooking since the age of 16 and developed recipes for cookbooks. He wrote a cooking column for Spiegel Online and published, among other titles, The Big Book of Fish, The Big Book of Meat, Sous Vide and Corona-Speck Weg! His cookbooks received multiple gold medals in their respective categories. His work focuses on food, gastronomy and cooking with fresh ingredients and meat alternatives.
