Peter Schmidt

Peter Schmidt is a German-language author. In 2017, he published the story collection “Großer Ozean,” which explores the fates of people nearing the end of life through biographical narratives, as well as the alternative Christmas story “Der Mann mit der roten Mütze.” This was followed by the novella “Sneshnoje” in 2018, the novel “Alaska Experience” in 2019, and “Die Wahrheit glaubt dir erstmal keiner” in 2020. Alongside serious subjects, his work also features subtle, offbeat humor.
