Peter Schallenberg (born 1963 in Oberhausen) is a Catholic theologian and a monsignor. He holds a postdoctoral qualification in theology. His professional career includes a professorship in moral theology and ethics at the Theological Faculty of Paderborn and directing the Catholic Social Science Central Office (KSZ) in Mönchengladbach. He also served as a consultant to the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development.
