Peter Rohrsen taught English cultural history for many years at the University of Göttingen and headed the Asia division of the Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft in Cologne. He was among the first IHK-certified tea sommeliers in Germany. In 2013, C.H.Beck published his book Tea: Cultivation, Varieties, History in the “C.H.Beck Wissen” series.
