Peter de Wit (born 10 March 1958 in Beverwijk) is a comic artist and writer. He made his debut at the age of 17 with the series “Jochem”. For the comic magazine “Eppo”, he initially drew the funny western series “Stampede”, followed by his breakthrough with “Gilles de Geus”. He collaborated with Hanco Kolk on “Gilles de Geus” and the series “S1NGLE”. Together with Kolk, de Wit also worked in television and published comics as a solo artist and with other creators.
