Paul Enck (born 1949) is a psychologist and medical psychologist. At the University of Tübingen, he served as research director of the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy until 2014. His research focused on neurogastroenterology and psychophysiology, particularly the connections between psychological processes and gastrointestinal functions.
