Patrick Meinart

Patrick Meinart studied psychology and sports in Cologne. From 2012 onward, he led the Release Fitness or Release Fitness Academy training institute, which offers continuing education in mobility and neuro-centered training. He also worked as a speaker and lecturer throughout Europe.
