Patricia Shaw

Patricia Shaw was born in Melbourne in 1929. For many years, she directed Queensland’s Oral History archive and wrote two nonfiction books about the exploration and development of Australia. At the age of 52, she turned to writing novels full-time and went on to publish 19 novels.
