Olivier Adam

Olivier Adam (born 1974 in Draveil near Paris) is a French writer and screenwriter. He published his first novel, *Je vais bien, ne t’en fais pas*, in 1999; it was adapted for the screen by Philippe Lioret in 2006. Adam and Lioret received an Étoile d’Or for best screenplay for the film. Adam also co-wrote Lioret’s 2009 film *Welcome*. His work includes novels, books for young readers and the short-story collection *Passer l’hiver*, which received the Prix Goncourt de la Nouvelle.
