Oliver Reps studied business administration and subsequently worked for many years for the Dutch Ministry of Transport, the City of Amsterdam, and as a consultant. In 2010, he founded the children’s bookstore Casperle. His debut, “Der Tag, der niemals kommen wird,” won the Dutch Youth Literature Prize.
