Noor Murad

Noor Murad is a chef born in Bahrain. After gaining international professional experience, she joined the Ottolenghi family in 2016. She developed recipes for several Ottolenghi books, including *Falastin* and *FLAVOUR*, as well as for the *Ottolenghi’s Masterclass* series. Her Bahraini roots have shaped her cooking, in which Arabic, Persian and Indian flavours play an important role.
