Nina Weger

Nina Weger is an author of children’s books. She attended a journalism school and worked as a screenwriter before turning to writing for children. Her works include “Ein Krokodil taucht ab” and the “Club der Heldinnen” series. An unusual part of her career was her time as a professional tightrope walker: she began performing in a children’s circus at the age of 13 and toured for a year after finishing school. She also led the Giovanni children’s circus, which received the German Children’s Prize.
