Nina Horaczek (born 1977 in Vienna) studied political science and began working as a political editor for the Viennese weekly Falter in 2000, later serving as its chief reporter. She is the author of several nonfiction books on political and social issues, including HC Strache: Sein Aufstieg. Seine Hintermänner. Seine Feinde, Gegen Vorurteile and Populismus für Anfänger, co-written with Walter Ötsch. Her distinctions include the Prälat Leopold Ungar Prize, the Prof. Claus Gatterer Prize, the Bruno Kreisky Prize for Political Books and the Science Book of the Year award.
