Nina Hagen

Nina Hagen was born in East Berlin in 1955 and completed vocal training with distinction. She became known in the GDR for the song “Du hast den Farbfilm vergessen.” In 1976, she moved to West Germany and founded the Nina Hagen Band, achieving success with music spanning punk and new wave. Alongside her work as a singer, she also appeared as an actress, including in “Sieben Zwerge,” and served as a judge on a pop-music show.
