Nikola Siller

Nikola Siller holds a master’s degree in political science. She has worked as a trainer and lecturer in systemic counselling, coaching, organisational development and systemic supervision, teaching at universities and continuing-education institutes. She has also worked as a supervisor, organisational consultant, coach and trainer, as well as in political and strategy consulting. Her professional areas of focus include systems and organisation theory, leadership, New Work, and gender- and diversity-sensitive organisational design.
