Nicole Kallwies Meuser

Nicole Kallwies-Meuser, born in 1978, studied in Mannheim and Granada. She earned a doctorate through the Romance Studies departments at the University of Mannheim and the Sorbonne in Paris. Her dissertation, *Leichte Tiefe – komischer Ernst. Die französische Filmkomödie im ausgehenden 20. Jahrhundert*, was published in 2008. In 2005, she co-edited the anthology *Mediale Ansichten* with Mariella Schütz. Her professional career has included work as a director at an international management consultancy.
