Nicholas Evans

Nicholas Evans (1950–2022) was an English writer and journalist. He studied law and initially worked as a journalist. After meeting a blacksmith in 1993, he began writing his first novel, The Horse Whisperer. The book was translated into 36 languages and became an international bestseller. His other novels include The Divide and The Loop.
