Nele Neuhaus, born in Münster, Westphalia, in 1967, is a German author. She achieved her breakthrough with the 2010 crime novel “Schneewittchen muss sterben” (“Snow White Must Die”). She has written numerous crime novels as well as horse-themed books for young readers and popular fiction. Before becoming a full-time writer, she studied law and worked at an advertising agency and in her family’s business. She was appointed honorary chief detective commissioner in recognition of her work.
