Natasha Trethewey

Natasha Trethewey is an award-winning American poet. Her honors include the Pulitzer Prize, a Guggenheim Fellowship, the Pushcart Prize, and appointment as U.S. Poet Laureate. From 2001 to 2017, she taught at Emory University in Atlanta, where she served as Robert W. Woodruff Professor of English and Creative Writing.
