Nari Kahle

Nari Kahle holds a doctorate and has worked at the intersection of digitalization, sustainability and social innovation. She began her career at the consultancy Detecon, advising on corporate responsibility, transformation and sustainability. She later served as an adviser to the works councils of Volkswagen AG and led programs at the intersection of social and digital issues. Her professional experience also includes a leadership role at CARIAD, the Volkswagen Group’s software and technology company. Kahle studied media studies, business administration and law in Bonn, Seoul and at Harvard University. She pursued doctoral research at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and the University of Cambridge on social innovation and its economic and societal effects. In 2018, she received an award for her engagement in social business; in 2019, she was a fellow of the Bucerius Summer School, and in 2021 the World Economic Forum named her a Young Global Leader.
