Naomi Novik

Naomi Novik is an author born in New York and a New York Times bestselling writer. She grew up with Polish fairy tales and the books of J. R. R. Tolkien. Her debut, the fantasy series *Temeraire*, brought her international recognition. Her award-winning works include *Uprooted*, which received the Nebula Award in 2016, and *Spinning Silver*, which received the Locus Award in 2019.
