Naeko Walter

Naeko Walter (also known as Naeko Ishida) was born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1984 and moved to Germany at the age of three, where she grew up. She studied illustration, or design with a focus on illustration, at Münster University of Applied Sciences. In 2010, she began working as a freelance illustrator, focusing on picture books, children’s and young adult books, and schoolbooks.
