Monique Ritter (Dr. phil.), born in 1990, was a substitute professor of gender, diversity and social inequality in the Social Work program at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. Her academic interests included everyday and broader critiques of racism, postcolonial perspectives, and gender- and diversity-sensitive higher education development. Her doctoral research at Chemnitz University of Technology received the State Innovation Scholarship of the Free State of Saxony, funded by the European Social Fund.
