Monique Ascanelli

Monique Ascanelli was born in Sydney and is known as a cake decorator. Under the name “The Cake Topper,” she creates elaborate cake decorations made from fondant. In 2014, she won the first season of the television competition “Tortenschlacht.” Her work has also included teaching cake-decorating techniques in courses.
