Monika Buchgeister

Monika Buchgeister (born 1960) studied German and Romance languages and literature in Freiburg and Paris. Since 1990, she has translated fiction as well as nonfiction in the fields of art, philosophy, psychology, and society. The authors whose works she has translated include Sarah Kofman, Jacques Derrida, Gérard Genette, Christophe André, Martin Page, Jean-Philippe Blondel, and Sylvie Romain.
