Mochi is the culinary collective formed by Tobias Müller, Sandra Jedliczka, Eduard and Nicole Dimant. In 2012, the group opened the first Mochi restaurant in Vienna, which was followed by four additional restaurants and a cooking workshop. The collective’s first cookbook, *Izakaya*, received several awards.
