Miri Smith

Miri Smith is the pen name of German author Miriam Schmidt, who was born in 1982. After studying nutritional science, she worked for several years in the field of cookbooks and customer magazines, including as a recipe developer and in marketing. During this period, she published her first two fantasy novels. She is also known for the Elsy Moore crime series and for romance novels. Smith discovered her enthusiasm for mystery-filled stories and writing as a teenager; she also developed a passion for baking at that time.
