Michaela Berger

Michaela Berger is a yoga teacher and the author of the “Die kleinen Yogahelden” project. She completed a four-year training program for yoga teachers with the German Association of Yoga Teachers (BDY) in cooperation with the European Yoga Union (EYU), as well as further training in yoga for children and adolescents. Berger taught in the tradition of T. K. V. Desikachar. She developed the concept and idea for “Die kleinen Yogahelden,” a registered trademark.
