Michael Robotham

Michael Robotham was born in New South Wales, Australia, in 1960. He initially worked as a journalist for major newspapers and magazines, including in London. In 1993, he left journalism and became a ghostwriter of autobiographies for prominent politicians, musicians and other figures in show business. His first psychological thriller, The Suspect, was published in 2004 and became a bestseller, with translations in more than 20 languages. Robotham received several awards for his novels, including the prestigious Gold Dagger.
