Michael Kusch

Michael Kusch (born 1959) is a psychological psychotherapist. He studied psychology at the University of Bonn, earned his doctorate at the University of Bremen, and completed his habilitation at the University of Koblenz-Landau with a thesis on treatment programs for psychosocial care, health-services psychology, and health-care management. Until 2006, he headed the Department of Psycho-Oncology at Herford Hospital. From 2006, he served as managing director of the Institute for Health Promotion and Health-Services Research, and from 2007 as a private lecturer at the Institute of Psychology at Ruhr University Bochum.
