Michael Bahn

Michael Bahn (b. 1981) is a literary scholar and literature educator. After studying literature, linguistics and religious studies, he completed a doctorate in which he developed the “Theatrale Lyrikuntersuchung” (TLU), an approach intended to make poetry more accessible. His fields of interest include children’s and young adult literature, particularly literature from the former GDR, radio plays and creative approaches to teaching German. Bahn taught and conducted research at the University of Koblenz-Landau, Landau Campus, and founded the initiative “Die Theatrale,” which develops educational and artistic projects.
