Melissa Forti

Melissa Forti is a cake designer and cookbook author. She became known in part through her appearance on Tim Mälzer’s television show “Kitchen Impossible.” In Sarzana, she founded “Melissa’s Tea Room and Cakes,” and in 2022 she opened “Café Duse” in Copenhagen. Her books published by Prestel include “Dolci, Tartes und zauberhafte Kuchen backen” and “Melissa Fortis Weihnachts-Backbuch.”
