Melissa Clark

Melissa Clark is a food journalist and cookbook author. She worked for the New York Times Food section, where she wrote the column “A Good Appetite.” Her books include Dinner in French, Dinner, Dinner in an Instant, Comfort in an Instant, and Kid in the Kitchen; Dinner in French became a New York Times bestseller. Clark has received multiple James Beard and IACP awards. She earned a Master of Fine Arts in writing from Columbia University. Her work has been selected for The Best American Food Writing.
