Maya Shepherd

Maya Shepherd was born in Stuttgart in 1988. From 2014 onward, she worked professionally as an author, creating fantastical worlds and characters. Her novel “Märchenhaft erwählt” won the 2015 Lovely Selfie Award from “Blogg dein Buch.” The audiobook adaptation was nominated for Best German Audiobook at the 2017 German Phantastik Prize. In 2019, Shepherd received the Skoutz Award in the Fantasy category for “Die Grimm-Chroniken.”
