Matthew Fray

Matthew Fray initially worked as a marketing manager for a company that manufactured auto parts. He gained wider attention in 2016 through a blog post titled “My Wife Divorced Me Because I Left Dishes by the Sink.” In that piece and in his subsequent work as a relationship coach, he examined the mistakes he said he had made in his own divorced marriage.
