Mateo Zielonka

Mateo Zielonka, also known as “The Pasta Man,” is of Polish origin and is a chef and pasta expert. He has worked at restaurants including Padella and Polpo in London and has been involved in other culinary projects. He became known for his creative pasta dishes and as the author of The Pasta Man, his first book.
