Mateo Zielonka

Mateo Zielonka, also known as “The Pasta Man,” is a Polish-born chef and pasta specialist. His professional experience in London includes work at the restaurants Padella and Polpo, as well as roles as a head chef at 180 House and The Store X. He is best known for handmade, artistically coloured pasta, which he has presented through videos and workshops.
